in August 2012, I decided to attend Windows 8 Hackathon and enter the application development contest, to win the first price (a Samsung tablet, plus a $500 gift card).
When I got there, I realized some people have been working on their projects for months, and they can just present their project to enter the contest!
By 10 o’clock, I had the correct version of Visual Studio 2012 installed on my laptop, and I decided to quickly design and implement a simple puzzle board game. Within the next few hours I made a simple game with 5 levels and I called it “Much Touch”, and surprisingly I won the forth place and received a Microsoft laptop backpack!
Actually it was the only one-day developed app, which was functional and working without bugs.
You can download the source code here: Much Touch Source Code (.zip) You should be able to open the solution in Visual Studio 2012 or 2013.
